Grapes are hand-pickedand temperature controlled fermentation takes place at 28 °C in wooden barrels version of 3000 liters. Maceration period lasts for an average average of 25 days. Aging takes place for a total of 18 months and does so in French oak fine-grained, medium toasted barrels. The result is a wine which offers strong notes of black cherries and dark fruits on the nose with intense and complex mouthfeel. Tannins present great potential for aging.
